On Saturday 10th September 2005, Jean Michel Jarre performed a 35 Minutes Mini-Concert at the LinX Live Show, an Exclusive Multi-Artist Event for the Official Opening of the Eurocam Media Centre, 
containing Belgian HDTV Company Euro1080's NEW HDTV Studios, in Lint, Belgium.
Almost 2000 guests attended the official opening of the Eurocam Media Center last Saturday, September 10th.
Among many of the international guests, were the prime minister of Belgium, Mr. Guy Verhofstadt and the European Commissioner for Media and Technology Mrs.Viviane Reding.
Belgian Rock Group Novastar & Percussion Artist MeloRitmo performed at the LinX Live Show, before Jean Michel Jarre performed his 6 Tracks, all presented in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound.
Francis and I were here assisted by the Symphonique Factory Orchestra and Choir conducted by Patrick De Smet .
Alfacam is a Belgium-based company providing TV facilities and services to broadcasters and production houses. Alfacam's OB Vans (today, the Alfacam fleet consists of 16 outside broadcast vans and will soon be 19) have been deployed all over the world. They have operated overseas in such diverse locations as Salt Lake City (Winter Olympics 2002), Korea/Japan (FIFA 2002) and Portugal (Euro2004).

He was very happy to participate and congratulated his now long time friend Gabriel Fehervari who started the company 20 years ago with just one semi-pro camera to film weddings. The rest is history, as we say! They both share the same vision and passion for HDTV and HiTech innovations.
